It frequently (although not always) shows up on random occasion. I tried right clicking, force closing, yet its still there. Just worried if its some kind of malware or not.

It usually gone if I restart the PC, but would often came back minimized and I wouldn't be able to enlarge it.

Is there a way for me to delete this specific folder? It looks like I need to change the access permission but idk how to because it won't let me.
