PG32UCDM3 Disney+ 720p

I am a new oled user and just got PG32UCDM3. But Disney+ movies look 720p resolution even though I have premium 4k plan. I tried with every browser and Disney+ app itself but it still looks 720p. How can I watch 4k movies with PC? Is Netflix also same? How do u guys watch 4k movies on PC?
