Possible alprazolam overdose

I just impulsively took 12 mg of alprazolam, should I be worried or can I just sleep it off, thanks. I don't know if I'll be conscious by the time I receive a reply, so I'm hoping someone answers quickly, thank you for your time, never taken such a high dose before
