Hi, I’m 20F, 5’4” and around 46 kg. I’ve been struggling to gain weight for a long time now and it’s honestly starting to affect my confidence. I feel like no matter how much I eat, my body just doesn’t change and I stay the same. I’ve been thinking maybe I should start working out, but I’m scared it might make me lose more weight instead.

I don’t really know where to start or what kind of workouts are actually good for gaining weight instead of losing it. I just want to feel healthier and a bit more confident with my body.

For those who were also underweight before, what kind of workouts helped you gain weight? And how did you balance eating and exercise? I’d really appreciate any tips or advice 🤍

Hi, I’m 20F with lean PCOS and my acne has been getting worse (chin + cheeks, some painful + leaving red marks). It’s really affecting my confidence.

My routine is simple (cleanser + moisturizer), and I’m planning to try benzoyl peroxide. I don’t want to take pills/supplements right now.

For those with hormonal acne/PCOS, what actually helped you? Preferably affordable and no oral meds 🥺

Any advice would really mean a lot 🤍
