Samsung a useless company
I bought a Samsung 1.5 ton windfree AC on 25th April which was fit on my home on 29th but at the time when Tech/ac guy who fit my Ac there was no remote in the box .
Been complaining to them since then and every time they make new excuse .
Customer care says we can only send your problem to service center who will call you but they never do.
Out of 6 call they answered once and said they havent got any mail or info about my problem.
Now after 12 days they send me a remote but the guy asks for my faulty remote which i then told i never got one. He contacted his superior who again then say that they dont know anything about it.
At same time i called customer support who you will know have only one answer "We will highlight your problem and you will get a call back within 2 hour " which i never get,
Seems the only way to fix it is by putting the case in Customer court.
If anyone else have another way for this tell else i will just go court.
Never buy from online site as you will regret if any problem comes .
