How much Traitor Guard is too much Traitor Guard?

I'm building the last unit from an RC Battleforce box, that i was putting away for the longest time. I already have 20 Traitor guardsmen, alongside the Enforcer, and was wondering - does it makes sense to build another 10 of 'em, or would they be better used as base decoration? How are the Traitor Guard played in a CSM army? I intend to (finally) get into playing when 11th ed drops, and am in the process of building a list. Would 30 Traitor Guard be too much?
