Hi all. I just wondered if anyone has the same question. im a new TS player, so im getting to grips with other legeions and their play styles.

looking at these and the fact they're on a 50mm base. could these be the CSMs centurian equivalent? or are they something completely different?

I have grown bored of the normal legionnaires kit/bodies. I want to add some spice to them but I’m struggling to pick which kit would be the best option?

I’ve only ever worked with the thousand sons kit so I’m wondering what people think about the other kits price vs how much you actually get in them.

Also to clarify, I do not mind in the slightest de-nurgle-slanesh-khorne-ifying everything, I live for complex conversions and only care about how much I actually get in a kit that I can use.

LGS had lords of the maelstrom for 30% discount and I knew had to burn the rest of my store credit.

A beasty made from a partially assembled plague drone for my Shadow Legion/Word Bearers. with some cutting and rotating parts, I feel it came out suitably icky looking.

My newly finished MoP for my Word Bearers.

So, I want in the lore of my Black Legion Warband to buy a Defiler from an Iron Warrior or daemon forge world. (Also an excuse to potentially buy and paint one)

I know it would cost a MONSTROUS amount of resources. Heck, I think it would cost the most precious resources of my boys to buy it off of another. A ton of Geneseed, a ton of genetically compatible aspirants, a ton of ammo, a ton of guns and armour, and potential Legions of slaves.

But… how much is too much? Is 40… Geneseed(I don’t know the technical term, Progenoids feels right but I could be wrong) too much or too little? Is a million slaves too little or too much?

I know Warhammer isn’t known for their RPG-like stats and such, and it’s mostly, fight-fight-fight, but I like the Galaxy-building stuff and I’m a Nerd.

I asked elsewhere but was just told “make something up” but… how much is too much? How much is too little?? If you were a Warband who built a Defiler, and another wanted to buy it off you, how much would you ask for? I know I could just have my lads fight the Warband and take it from the other but I want to show how even in Chaos; bartering can happen.

I've heard people say that the Chaos Chosen are the same base size and bodies as Legionaries so with a bit of work you can just them as Chosen. I was just wondering if anyone has converted them before and if so what the best way to go about that? Any specfic parts like weapons or shoulders I should use from other kits?

I bought the Red Corsairs battleforce so I have a full spure of Legionaries, Corsair Raiders and even some Terminator bits.

at gws website it shows this sprue as part of the legionares, but my battleforce didnt have it. is this sprue only in the seperate legionare box or should i contact customer support?
