It's been 4 months since I'm applying for jobs as a fresher (Tier 2)PGDM graduate from private and let me tell you, even after thousand resume edits, 6 different job sites I've sold my soul to and emails I've sent. It isn't getting better at all. I'm stuck in a loop where I see an "unfortunate" email every morning, go on about my day apply at different places and then the same thing over and over again. I don't even know if referrals work coz in my case there's no Jobs for a fresher at all as they tell me. It's getting harder day by day and depressing every sunset. It's super tough in this market tbh as everyone's saying . All I can do is hope for a better fate right now. I wish I had a little more guidance or knowledge about how to go ahead and tackle all this. If you can help a buddy out, it'll be a great help.
