The new updated OS is so annoying.....
I just need to vent here. I have a quest 2 i use exclusively for offline games. I don't use any horizon worlds etc. I use it for body combat or in-death.
However i have many peeves with the new os chief among them, it does not auto switch back to roomscale. So i use my quest then i set it down on the table outside of the roomscale. Before when i put it back on and enter the boundary it automatically switched to roomscale. now it does not. i have to go to the quick settings and reselect roomscale. every damn time i pick up the quest. Not to mention games are glitchy for like 20 seconds until they stabilize now.
Battery life is worse while playing. Credit where credit is due, the standby battery is much better.
Like i still havent figured out how to quit an app properly. before it was so easy. hit the oculus button and you have resume/quit. simple as that.
Just a vent but if anyone knows any fixes for these let me know.
