Playing Cyberpunk VR with a NERF SWORD!!
Yes those are my real hands and a real foam Nerf sword in my hand just slicing through targets like butter. 🧈
And yes I can see my hands in the game in crisp 3D I mean how else could I see to use my phone 🤣

I’m having waaaaaaaay too much fun with this setup 🤦♂️
I played games like doom, quake, unreal etc on easy mode when I was a kid and when I watched videos of people playing they were playing defensively - so heres some footage of me playing easy mode and it's fun as hell, still challenging and you can get ripped to shreds. I've actually died a few times and been taken to the very start of the level... don't forget to save!
Since the latest update my quest3 uses more power than it can charge despite my use-case remaining the same. A 30W charger is somehow not enough anymore? Is Meta now throttling power charging?
Don't even get me started on the fact that power saving doesn't even contribute anything or that the latest update may have yet again screwed over PCVR charging.
I mean if he didn’t want to finish it because an update broke it then why didn’t he just release the working version and let people roll back?? Gatekeeping something that makes the game worth playing is kind of messed up right?…
Anyway shoutout to whoever put the mod on internet archive! Dude is a VR Robin Hood 😆
Over the past months, our small indie team has been working on a VR wave zombie shooter called Trenches of Death. We wanted to make something intense, so we focused heavily on a realistic weapon handling system and throwing a bunch of interesting, varied zombie types at the player. We've attached our new trailer, and we’d love to hear your thoughts on how the action looks!
If you like what you see in the video and want to try it out yourself, just let me know in the comments. We’re happy to share a free early-access build with anyone interested in jumping into the trenches, slaying some zombies, and letting us know how it feels to play.

Is there a game like a cod campaign? I like the feeling and vibe of modern warfare games and was wondering what the closest vr game is to it or just any shooter with a good story in general
just got the quest 3s and tried the tracking in a pitch black bathroom with no lights and didn't notice any problems, holy shit
Sort of new to VR and really like deadhook but it’s sort of shallow. Any game kind of like it but better?
I never thought this would happen, but the Switch 2 is absolutely dominating my gaming time. For what it is, the Switch 2 is incredibly impressive, and I’m loving having access to all these huge franchises all of a sudden.
Quest 3 on the other hand - I just lost that spark. There’s a good chance I’ve played all if not most of the significant releases up to this past fall.
Then with the news (rumor) today of no Quest 4 next year, and Meta abandoning all these studios.
I just need something to get me back into VR.
Has this ever happened to you guys?
In the VR world of Xenolocus, the lower levels of the base are extremely dangerous.
Literally anything can attack you.
Don't forget to check the motion sensor!
just something i noticed while i was reviving my old samsung phone for gear vr
Can anyone recommend some good headphones/earbuds that are NOT Bluetooth for the Quest 3? Or even Bluetooth that have zero or very low latency? I play a lot of rhythm games and the lower the latency the better of course. Or maybe a good pair of usb-c earbuds with a passthru since I'm using the binbok t3s pro headstrap. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
Since the new update I can't find the setting to make pass through the default while in the main menu I had it setup before the update but now It keeps going back to the virtual home world.
Anyone know where the setting is to turn that off and make pass through the default? I am sure its right there and I am overlooking it.
do people play standalone single player shooters? I’ve been doing fake dev for a very long time. I made one of my games in to a stand-alone vr game but never launched it as i thought the standalone shooter in vr was pointless. Any feedback? Is it worth the effort?
i am looking to buy a oculus soon with the money i have saved and i want to know where is the best place to buy one. i don't want to order it for it to arrive damaged or broken because it is not the cheapest thing in the world. does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy one? i live in the UK if that narrows anything down
i ordered a k4 flex and batteries on their website directly since it wasn't showing on Amazon.
2 months later, the tracking says it's delivered but i never got anything. no call, nothing in front of the door or in the mailbox.
i contacted the support on their website twice now and even on discord but they're just ghosting me.
i lost 100€
did you guys experience something like this ?
how did it get resolved ?
