NC is cutting personal income tax, corporate tax will soon be going to zero and now aiminng to limit property taxes. Im sure everyone is happy to pay less taxes, But what services will suffer? It says in the article that elected officials believe we have a spending problem, not a revenue problem. What will they deem a spending problem and cut first? I feel like its always the same, the most effected are always people with special needs and the poor.

Family of 4 looking for an area with good schools. I know lots of people are always looking for the best schools. But with my budget thats not going to happen. Our youngest has autism, so if possible a school district that is good with special needs kids would be great
