Baby only drinks 2 oz every 2 hours, anybody had a bay like this? How did you cope? Tried to stretch it to 3 and he cries and cries.

I am looking at travelling to Hong Kong in the second week of September. The main attractions being Disney, ocean park, Victoria peak/harbour, botanical gardens, shopping, a temple and night markets. Is it advisable to go during this time? I know I can google this but I want local/personal accounts as info varies!
