Guys, heads up lang sa mga nag-aapply or balak pumasok dito. Better save your mental health and skip this company.

I recently had an interview with Tiene/ Christiene Peretz (HR and wife of CEO Shimon Peretz), and it was the most unprofessional experience ever. Instead of a proper assessment, it felt like a trial.

Why you should avoid them:

Gaslighting & Assumptions: Kahit may COE and documents na ako, she kept insisting na "feel" niya hindi ako na-regular sa past job ko. She kept implying na "may mali sa akin" kaya 6 months lang ako doon. Purely based on her "gut feel," hindi sa facts. Hindi ito interview; it’s a character assassination. They value their "hunches" over your actual credentials and legal paperwork.

Salary Shaming: My previous salary was Php 24,500. When I asked for Php 25,000 (very minimal increase!), she told me wala daw akong "improvement" at bakit ako nag-eexpect ng higher pay. Very condescending and discourageing. If you value your worth, run. They will make you feel guilty for asking for a fair market rate. Asking for a 500-peso increase from my previous salary was met with insults, saying I didn't show "improvement." It’s a tactic to lowball applicants and make them feel small before they even start.

Power Tripping: It’s not just me. I know someone who's currently working there, and confirmed na malala talaga ang power tripping ni Christiene Peretz sa mga employees. It has reached a point where some of my friends working there often feel intense anxiety just because of how Tiene treats them.

Since the HR (Christiene/Tiene Peretz) is the wife of the CEO (Shimon Peretz), there is zero accountability.

If you want to be treated with respect and objectivity, wag dito. Red flag malala. 🚩🚩🚩
