Assessment on Celo

Is there anybody who failed on the assessment during training in Celo? What could be the possible things to expect with ? I don't think I can pass that. Yung mga binasa ko na powerpoint ng 8 hours, hindi un ung lumalabas sa paper na pinasasagutan after shift.. kinda frustrated🥲

Leaving my job after a year and a half of toxic management – I’ve been doing unpaid overtime, juggling multiple campaigns, and only making agent-level provincial pay. When I tried to take vacation leave last year, I was only allowed to use 3 out of my 20 credits because 'business needs came first' – they said the rest would only be usable if I got hospitalized.

The acceptance letter I just got has no details on how backpay is calculated, and two paragraphs in particular feel really off – they’re super vague and seem like they might block me from applying to other jobs down the line. I asked HR if this is standard for people leaving, and they said yes, it’s legitimate… but it still feels really unsettling.

I’ve got 2 months max before I run out of money, and even though I’ve applied to over 50 jobs in 2 weeks, I haven’t heard back from anyone. I’m trying to stay positive about finding something new, but the worry is starting to weigh heavy and depression’s creeping in.

Perfect example of "all sizzle, no steak". No wonder why a lot of employees choose to leave the company. First, pay disputes which started when we had our first payout then succeeding payout throughout this year. Second, scramble shift schedule. Yes, we agreed on shifting schedules but not like how you impose it na para kaming robot na papasok na iba't ibang oras kada araw? May 8pm, susunod na araw 9pm ka then the following day 8:30? Tapos split off kada week? Come on, don't place a statement saying "The company is just new and a lot of things needs to be fixed". The company started what, October of 2025? A lot of folks gave feedback but I guess, ignoring is just what you do best. Lastly, yung mga leaders nyo walang ibang ginawa kundi mang-belittle ng tao. Absent ng couple of days due to sickness with valid documents tas sasabihin mo "ground for termination mo na yan, wala namang ambag yang mga yan eh" then worst is ipopost mo pa sa mass gc ng isang LOB? How unprofessional of you to do that. 🤣 Ilang DOLE complaints nadin ako natanggap nyo, hindi parin ba kayo kikilos to change what needs to be done? Sayang, okay ang account na meron kayo but you don't know how to value your employees. I have no plan of doing this pero sumobra na kasi kayo eh. We got sick and tired of all this lame excuses.

This individual recently scammed me and has since blocked me/deactivated her account. I have information that she is currently employed in the BPO industry, specifically at Teleperformance in McKinley West, Taguig.

If anyone knows her or has had similar experiences with this person, please send me a PM. I am currently gathering details to file a formal report with the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group.

Pang 4th cut off na namin walang position allowance this coming. For background, we transferred site from Eastwood to Bridgetowne and from there biglang di kasama position allowance namin sa payslip. We already raised it as a concern and sabi escalated naman na daw and currently waiting for confirmation if kailan mac-credit pero di ko inexpect na aabot siya ng 4th cut off and baka ma-extend pa kasi sabi sabi na missing pa rin daw.

My friend was joking to escalate it to DOLE kasi I’ve been ranting how I need that part of my salary nonstop but I’m wary kasi that allowance is being tagged as a temporary allowance under our payslip. Ewan ko, I’ve been so stressed about this so far kasi parang ang unfair pumasok lol tapos gusto performer ka
