Im 16m 5’8 (173cm), i have hit puberty years ago and have both armpit hair and pubic hair, i grow facial hair but its limited, i haven’t gotten a growth sprout in over a year now, my dad is around 178 and mom around 166cm tall. Is there any hope?

Yesterday i tried going down it feeing super confident, ended up falling on my ass and hand, now I’m terrified to try again and don’t know what i did wrong, i feel backwards. Please give me tips
