I know next to nothing about cameras/photography. I was interested in getting a used/refurbished camera for myself as a start.

I don't want to spend more than $250-$299 USD and even then i'm looking for something really in the $50-$190 range. I just want to take photos for traveling as well as just when i'm outside (landscape, street, wildlife, etc.). While I would like to take videos with it, it's not a major requirement for me.

I'm buying the camera from the US but open to buy from elsewhere if I end up on eBay or another marketplace.

I think I want mirrorless.....but I'm not too sure of the difference between mirrorless and point & shoot, as well as 35mm film, or if there would be such a big difference if they are all old cameras.

I do not want something extremely large. I can't really tell how big these are online.

I took a few down and was wondering out of all of these which would be a great starting point for myself, or if all of them aren't good.

  1. Panasomic Lumix DMC-G7
  2. Panasomic Lumix DMC GF1
  3. Canon Sureshot 70
  4. Nikon 1 V3
  5. Nikon One Touch Zoom 90 (found for like $58)
  6. Nikon Coolpix 4300 (found for $54)

These are all available refurbished or used. If you have better suggestions that's also great.

Thank you!

So I want to finally buy an espresso machine and I'm looking at used/refurbished ones to start out.

I'm looking on ebay and any other place. Here are my options thus far:

  1. KitchenAid Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine with Burr Grinder ($240-$350 I'm able to find)
  2. Bodum Espresso Machine with Bean Grinder is on sale for $135 (price is $450) only one that is brand new
  3. Sur La Table SLT-4209 Dual Boiler & Grinder Espresso Machine ($254)
  4. Breville Barista Express BES879XL ($230)

I have not looked at much yet but out of these which would be the best ones? I looked up people who got the Bodum and so far they are enjoying it. I also feel like it's such a steel. But I am a beginner and know absolutely nothing about Espresso machines. I'm not a coffee snob either so I don't care if something is a knockoff as long as it's good quality.

Thanks in advance and if you have other suggestions for a beginner that's also helpful!!
