help

hi so i remember being diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia after a week of them telling me that the doctors started saying i dont have it anymore and they keep telling me “i just have anxiety” which i do have but ik my issues are not from that at first it started off with my heart rate being like 190 every time i was working out (cardio) this was like 3 years ago then i stopped working out i also started noticing my heart rate always being between 92-98 no matter what then about 2 years ago i started having a heart rate of 120-138 and every time i would get up and walk my heart started pounding like crazy and i would also get grainy vision and dizziness my heart started skipping beats and i kept having this feeling of my heart “dropping” a few times a day plus i was dizzy a lot of the time most days even all day during some of this time i was having extremely bad shortness of breath for months i had to yawn or keep gasping for air the doctors did not care at all finally i got meds called propranolol which doesnt help too much tbh my resting heart rate is around 92-97 my heart rate at times gets to about 120 again especially if its summer and i do have shortness of breath it comes and goes like i can have it for 2 weeks then its gone for 3 weeks then its back for a few days or a week i get the occasional heart drop but its not too frequent…is there any way of me getting better since doctors dont care or do i stay like this forever 😭 its very difficult for me to workout or have a job every time im stressed (or if the weather is hot) especially if ive been stressed for a few days i get very bad shortness of breath and dizziness again and it makes me feel a little disoriented almost like a mental blackout that happens multiple times a day
