How long does it take for you to lose weight gained in a cruise ship and other advice on how to hold back a little on a cruise

So I've been losing weight pretty consistently recently and I haven't been struggling hard unlike the past. I've been on a diet for almost two months now and I'm down 7kgs. In a little more than a month i will go on a cruise with friends and our families for 7 days (MSC if y'all are curious). I am really afraid that I will gain a lot of weight because nothing on cruise ships is really healthy and honestly, i want to enjoy it too. How much does it take to lose the weight gained on a cruise? Do y'all have other tips on how to not eat too much? I've seen videos of people effortlessly hitting 7k+ calories in a single day on cruises. I will definitely be eating a lot of fruits to keep me full and walk a lot every day but still, I'm very afraid those seven days will basically ruin me. 7k calories are basically 3 or 4 days worth of food.

So I've been losing fat quite consistently and i have been planning my cheat days with slightly thougher calorie deficits on the days before and after the cheat.

Me and my friend have this tradition of eating all you can eat sushi once a month because we live in two separate cities so we eat while catching up with each other. We are planning to go eat sushi again this weekend but I've just now realized I don't exactly know how many calories sushi has. I'd like to have a general idea of what I'm eating so i can plan more accurately.

We usually order maybe 40-60 pieces each and 8 of them are the fried ones. We also order some with cream cheese because they're delicious and we always eat tuna, shrimp and salmon sushi (and obviously avocado because it's everywhere). I've tried researching how many calories each uramaki and nigiri has but every site says a different thing. I'm trying to compare as many opinions as possible.

Idk if someone posted about this already but anyway, you can't see the walls in the shadow realm so i accidentally slammed myself multiple times into them and took damage. Damian was a mistake and i want him the hell out of the game.

So it's undeniable that veganism has been on an exponential raise all across the world. In 2014 it was approximated that in the US only less than 1% of the population was openly vegan but in the recent years, the percentage is estimated to be 4-6% which is a massive improvement. So my question is, how long will it take, at this exponential pace for the world to go vegan as a whole?

For the past months I've been trying to lose weight. I am 19yo M as you can see from my username, 119kg, 1,75m tall and this journey started out like basically all fat loss journeys: very scuffed. Could barely go a week of diet and fell straight back onto my old habits and also was deeply ashamed to be in public. This stopped me from keeping in touch with my friends and now I have just one who I'm afraid of losing as well (he moved to a different city to study); It has stopped me from pursuing my own goals at the University i was frequenting because i stopped showing up to lesson and it has stopped me from going to the gym or doing any physical activity whatsoever like walking. Two months ago i finally built the courage to take my ass to they gym again and it was... fine i guess. I still felt very embarrassed but it wasn't as bad as i thought it was going to be (wasn't my first time at the gym, I used to go there like a year ago). The instructors instantly noticed me coming back and were like "where have you been?" ecc which was sweet but also unbelievably embarrassing. After a month of gym i fell sick for a month and just a few days ago felt good again. So now It somehow feels super embarrassing and shameful to go back to the gym after skipping it for a whole month for being sick. I guess I'm afraid kf people judging me. I know they won't, but it still feels scary. How can I make going to the gym st least somewhat pleasant. Weight loss has been going great so far and have lost 2 kg but i know I can't just lose weight without any physical activity also because i need to lose it faster. I want to be able to be outside again without feeling ashamed and without wearing the same two shit outfits i am disgusted of.

Idk how you manage to lose a hotzone game with an unkillable brawler on the team (we all gave kudos to her) but anyway, if you super into gray's portal you get the permanent shield and can be removed with crowd control abilities (stuns and knockbacks). Make sure to ban either Colette or gray.
