Each weapon type gets one column with two rows: In the upper-left, the Turbolaser weapon type gets the upper breakdown of Light/Medium/Heavy combined with Single/Dual/etc. It also gets the lower breakdown of Shield/Armor combined with Fighter/Gunship/etc.
The colorless numbers show damage against the health of a hardpoint or ship: A single light turbolaser deals 20 damage.
The green-red numbers show how effective the damage type is against the shields and armor of a certain ship class: A turbolaser deals .25 (one quarter) against the shields of capital ships and .5 (half) against the armor of capital ships.
