Is Dove Antibacterial care soap a good soap for the cooch? (not inside obviously) because tmi but I get a little sweaty down there and it makes me feel gross/stinky

I'm a teen and my period cramps are so bad I literaly feel like fainting but I don't want my dad to he mad at me for leaving during the day since I've missed a lot of school already. what do I do? (I don't know if this is the right place for this but I'm so emotinal that I've resorted to hiding in the bathroom for a little while to ask this)
