It’s week 6 and taking 3mg and after my shot woke up at night with stomach cramps and have been miserable, I was in bed all day yesterday and feel like shit and last night it got a little better but now again this morning having cramps. Anyways to lessen it or get rid of this.
This is the first time time I am experiencing this kinds of stomach ache/cramps.
Those of you who have relocated to Europe for short to medium term, how? There is very little transparency around this topic that I could find on the intranet. Is there a network or clear path defined if this is possible. We have many offices in Europe so I was wondering if this is possible.
I have found a video videos clips on YouTube that helps me when going through a rough time but I want to listen to more of Osho, specially about loneliness, relationships, loving self etc. I depend too much upon others to seek validation, love and need.
Where can I find osho videos in English that will help me understand these things and understand myself better.
Osho international YouTube has some longer videos but are for paid members only.
Also any free osho boos that I can read, although I like to hear him speak as I understand better through video than reading a book.
Anyone else have gone through this and what helped you?
