I would appreciate some help and advice. Today I discovered cast iron pot in local supermarket. I don't have any experience with this. Is this actually the duch oven? Is it any good especially for baking bread?

I colour my hair with chemical dyes for years, levels 5 or 6 (on my hair it is medium to dark brown). I have almost completly gray natural hair (40+, it's genetics, grays started growing in early 20s) but because of profession and environment in general I prefer not to go naturally gray. Because of health I would like to switch from chemical dye to henna. I recently bought henna, brand is khadi, colour is natural hazel, 100% natural. It contains 100 g leaf or fruit powder mix from indigo, henna, amla, bhringaraj and neem. No other ingredients listed. Is it possible to cover grays with this henna at all? How should I start?
I tried to make bread from yeast dough. I activated dry yeast in lukewarm water with a spoon of flour and sugar and made dough, let it rise, proof it, put in glass loaf mold and let it rise again. After an hour I realised it didn't rise 2nd time enough and it was already too late to bake it so I put it in the fridge. After 18 hours I took it out, let it rest for an hour on room temperature and then I finaly baked it. Crust look a bit weird, and a bit thick, and it crumble a bit too much. Did I bake it too long? What can I improve or what I did wrong?
