How to chew so that food doesn't get crushed on top of the extraction site??

it's been 5 days since removal and I got all 4 taken out, I'm trying to chew with the front part of my mouth but it's futile the food immedietaly goes to the back of my mouth no matter what I do, and I can't crush it enough to swallow with my front teeth. it makes me afraid to chew in case it harms the extraction site. how do I know if it's still safe to chew? I don't want to get dry socket

all of my rating gain has been from watching YouTube videos mostly and *actively* learning (making sure to 90% understand what the video/resource is saying), when I play I simply just make the same mistakes repeatedly since I have a genuine lack of understanding of a certain concept, which isn’t alleviated from playing again.

It seems that playing games is more of a display of my understanding of the game rather than a means to improve, like taking an exam to demonstrate your knowledge of a class course.

I'd seriously most likely be stuck at like 500 if not for studying. For me it's like a few good videos can equal hundreds of points of rating gain at the beginner level which is much more efficient than just normally playing + attempting to analyze after.

is anyone else the same way? I feel like this should be recommended more often. I feel like the advice I see is more oriented around playing games
