[Homemade] black miso cod
My 1st time making black miso cod. So easy, how have I snoozed on this?! Served over bok choy, topped with micro greens.
[Homemade] Lamb chops were decadent!
Grilled lamb chops topped with a mint chimichurri, peas with butter & mint, arugula with shaved Parmesan & a lemon vinaigrette & mashed sweet potatoes with a hint of maple syrup. With a croissant.

I have tons of room for improvement! I’m super picky about sushi rice & mine flat out sucked!
Even though I watched a ton of YouTube videos my maguro slices weren’t quite right. (Fatty tuna)
I did well with the salmon, I think.
It was a ton of work & next time I’ll do it in courses instead of trying to present all of it at once!!
