I've heard there's the short form and the long form Virginia birth certificate. Can someone tell me exactly the difference? Also on the long form does it list the name and the address of the hospital or just the name of the hospital?
Governor Spanberger signed HB 1224. This will now require everyone from 18 to the 21st birthday to take Driver's Ed both classroom and behind the wheel and keeping the Learners from it for 90 days. This all changes January 1st.
