Questioning a guitar teacher for a 6 year old

Hiya!

My 6 year old really wants to learn to play the guitar. We (parents) have no musical background or ability.

He's been to 4 lessons but I'm questioning whether it's the right fit. I feel like his teacher is focusing a lot on theory, my son has strung one or two chords (I don't know if I'm using the right terminology) but the majority of the time his teacher is asking him about this chord or note and my son is staring at him blankly.

If this is the right way to teach I'm completely open to that, and to me being wrong. However my thought is surely there is a way to teach him how to enjoy it, or like strum a little bit without focusing all on theory. Can't that come a little bit later. (I'm not saying theory isn't important, but I just wonder if he could learn to enjoy the process and pick up the theory when he's a bit older).

Looking for honest advice/ feedback please.

Hiya!

So of course yesterday is the first day of sunshine in the UK and the kids (6 and 3) and I are all rosey faced this morning.

I've recently started using Cerave moisturising lotion for all our faces. We have a big pump bottle downstairs and upstairs, and I love how that's simplified things. Husband and I both have ADHD and I'm pretty sure the kids do to. If something is not Infront of our face it gets forgotten.

So I'm looking for a face sunscreen that could work for everyday and for the whole family. (I want a bottle up stairs for me and one by the door for the kids and husband plus another in the car - giving us no excuse to forget)

The kids and I struggle with sunscreen that:

- you can feel/ is thick or oily

- burns our eyes

- for me that makes me oily

- we are all very pale

Does anyone have any recommendations please?

Have a great sunny weekend!
