I have been having real bad neck pain along with my jaw that is referring pain to my ear so I have tinnitus and hyperacusis. Was wondering is this actually worked for anyone?

Which labs do you guys use to order nightguards for heavy clenching and grinding?

I had a root canal retreatment done 2 years ago on a old crown(20 years old). I went back bc I was having teeth pain from what i realized now was clenching at night and they shaved down my crown about 2 years ago. Past year was just headaches but The past 4 months have been really bad. Migraines, neck pain, ear pain, tinnitus and hyperacusis. It seems like my bite is off bc they shaved it down all the symptoms are on that side too. I got multiple opinions from dentist and half said I need a new crown and a nightguard and the other half said I don't need a new crown just a nightguard. Its a lot of money for me out of pocket right now but to get a new crown on #18 far back bottem molar, what would be a good material to use for severe clenching and grinding? They also do Cerec crowns, are those any good? Do you guys think getting a new crown will help fix my TMJ ?
