I’m at my limit and I genuinely don’t even know what to use or do anymore. I have type 2C and 3A hair (in between). My scalp has gotten dry and itchy. Whenever I scratch i have little flakes that fly around 😭 I’m not sure if it’s dandruff or not. I only wash my hair twice a week MAX. I have tried a various of shampoos, detox, clarifying and anti dandruff, with and without sulfate. And i’m still having the same issue. Even after washing my hair I can still see the flakes. Does anyone know of a good hair care routine that has worked for them in this kind of situation?

heyyy sorry i’m really new to this whole reddit thing😭 my manager was on a leave of absence for 3 months after giving birth and she’s supposed to come back next week but she’s not showing up on my schedule and my DM is currently out of town and i’m not sure how long it’ll take to get it resolved and my birthday week is coming up too so i’m praying they put her back in soon

has anyone gone through anything similar? if so did it take too long to get resolved?
