So I have been having disrupted sleep for months now. What I mean by disrupted is I keep waking up at random hours 1-2 times a night. I usually get a 6-7 hours sleep but it feels unhealthy and it bothers me during the day. Has anyone experienced something like that so he/she can help with some tips?
