First PC Build for ABMMA Student – ₱80k Budget for Editing, 3D, and Gaming

Hi everyone!
I’m an incoming ABMMA student at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and I’m building my first PC. My max budget is strictly around ₱80k (ideally lower since I’ll be paying through credit card installments).

I need something that can comfortably last me 4–5 years for:
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
3D modeling/rendering (Blender, Maya)
Heavy multitasking/rendering workloads
Gaming on high settings

Current quote I’m considering (~₱84k from Gaming Rigz):
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 8700F
GPU: Zotac RTX 5060 Ti 16GB
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) T-Force Vulcan DDR5 6000MHz
SSD: 1TB Zhitai Ti600 NVMe
PSU: Phanteks AMP GH 750W Gold Full Modular
Case: Tecware Timber M Black
Cooler: DeepCool AK620 Digital

Questions:

  1. I have seen other quotes that include the RX 9060xt 16gb. Should I get that instead of the RX 5060 Ti 16gb?
  2. Should I prioritize upgrading to 32GB RAM now, even if it means cutting costs elsewhere?
  3. Is the Ryzen 7 7700 noticeably better than the 8700F for Adobe apps and long-term use?
  4. Where would you cut costs to stay closer to ₱80k? PSU? Cooler? Case?
  5. Any suggested parts/build changes for the best long-term value?

I’m mainly looking for a build that will survive my entire college life without major upgrades.
Thanks!

I am an incoming ABMMA student at Benilde looking for a 3-year "no-upgrade" workstation. My work focuses on Blender (3D rendering), Figma (UI/UX), and Adobe Creative Suite.

I am buying in the Philippines (likely PC Worth or Gilmore). My budget is 60,000 PHP (roughly $1,050 USD) for the tower, purchased via a 12-month credit card installment. I plan to pay any surplus in cash by selling my current old unit. No peripherals are needed, as I am reusing a ViewSonic monitor.

I am currently considering the following specs:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X
  • GPU: Nvidia RTX 5060 8GB (Need CUDA/OptiX for Blender)
  • RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000MHz
  • SSD: 1TB Samsung 990 EVO Plus or WD Black SN7100
  • Mobo: B650M with WiFi
  • PSU: 750W 80+ Gold

Does this part list provide the best long-term stability for a creative student, or should I reallocate the budget to prioritize different components for rendering performance? Thank you!
