Akko Official store in lazada fake packing video
Ordered a mouse, dumating yung box including cable and manual pero wala yung mouse mismo. I reached out to Akko and they only asked me for the official receipt (important detail), and told me to file a refund directly to lazada.
FF 3 days, biglang nag dispute si Akko with their “packing evidence” Pic 1, 3 & 4 shows their “packaging” Pic 2 & 5 shows what I received.
•Very obvious difference in positioning ng fragile tape.
•large clear plastic sa outer packaging nila (yung dinikitan ng waybill)
•diff positioning din ng dikit ng waybill
•sealed w/ plastic yung “pinack” nila na mouse — i received it w no plastic and may damages na rin yung box
•importantly, diretso pack & seal sila sa vid, they forgot na there’s supposedly official receipt taped to the box.
•naipakita ko sa unboxing yung attached receipt sa loob. sa kanila, walang receipt or anything na dinikit
This is a lazmall and official shop btw. Beware nalang huhu mukhang they’re avoiding refunding customers 🙄
