I'm committing more into the first game than before all these years. Now I've been gaming since mid 90's, this encounter will be memorable.

Only nearly died to a waterfall once trying to escape. This time i tried to pass the BTs with my bike and get this over with, got stuck and thrown off... A sea was created and hands pulled me down. I shook them off but something pulled me deeper.

Floating buildings emerged and rocks. Climbed up trying to assess the situation for a second then that thing starts to demolish them. Jumped from one to another and while nearly ashore i turned with the blood grenade and blasted it... That's it. World came back to normal but some things around looked changed. Was able to recover and repair my stuff.

Is this a boss fight ? Did i die ? Is it the same encounter for everyone ?

I really like Kojima his games stand out.

First of all i understand the pressure and expectations from everyone towards the average game developer, all i want is a solid outcome.

That being said i hope they clear some things today and give us hype for the following months. Respectfully more into showcase (like Medieval 3) and less about concept art and general talking about other stuff to fill up time.

People are curious about "console limitations", "small maps and blobs"... If we can get a clear idea of how maps, destruction and planet warfare will work it's a win. Hope they end it with pre alpha gameplay end of spring, at best (as they promised since December).
