So im a ca finalist with almost 1 year of experience in ca articleship (erp consulting) and also ive done my CFA L1, i have also interned with NITI AAYOG and have done my bachelors from a *north campus DU* college

I wanna know how i should approach industrial training and how should i find people appropriate to help me, also does the hiring only happen through company websites or is it that it also happens through cold reach outs?
