(Ne England) I missed a call from dwp but I don’t know what it’s for?

Edit: I rang pip hotline and they didn’t call me either. So not universal credit and not about pip? I have no other benefits. Very confusing

I missed both of these calls from the number +44 800 023 2635 but I can’t call it back, nothing happens. I asked in my uc journal but they said it wasn’t them who contacted me. I’m currently waiting for my pip appeal to go to court so I asked my representative but she said there’s no updates there either.
Why did they call me and why haven’t they tried to contact me any other way? I have no idea what it’s about or how to contact them back and I’m really worried I’ll be sanctioned for not answering the calls

This guy was a nightmare to get a photo of! So quick and so many hiding spots in the trees

Yes I know this is a common question and the only real way to tell is song, leg colour, and behaviour. But I had Merlin on and there were multiple willow warblers and chiffchaff in the same trees so I’m asking for some help. Each picture is an individual bird I’d like your best guess for, thank you!

I use a hand me down Nikon D60 with a 70-300mm lens (it can do automatic focus but it never is able to pick out the birds amongst a background so I manually focus) I’m not big into photography, I always use automatic as I have enough trouble manually focussing on moving birds, I definitely just point and shoot (I usually just think about my position for light) but I love birdwatching and photos to look back on are a lifesaver for ID and to maybe frame when I get some good pictures. What areas can I improve on without going into too much technical detail?

She was found as a stray so there’s no history for her, my sister thinks she looks like a black mouth cur so I thought it was worth asking here for opinions :)

This is a gifted succulent and I’m not sure where to prune it or how it likes to be naturally. It’s very leggy. The roots are only a few cm deep so I’ll be repotting into much smaller pots/pot with gritty soil.

Where should I prune?

How many plants can I get out of this one?

Should I plant them together or separately?

And what type of succulent is it?

Thank you!
