Anywhere I can improve on form?

A question I've got for the seasoned planche specialists out there, especially for the heaviest set fellas. How long does it take for the wrists and forearms to become conditioned for planche? I'm finding my forearms and wrists are the limiting factor, they get injured so easily due to the excessive torque.
