We're Kaanch..... a small handmade sticker brand from Uttarakhand

The notification sticker took way too long to get out of my head and onto paper. The cupcake was supposed to take an hour. It did not take an hour.

But the actual hard part? "Trusting that people will want what you made." Every single launch still feels like a risk even when you love the design urself

Something i have learned building Kaanch.....the self doubt does not go leave, you just get better at launching anyway.

Anyone else feel this way or is it just me? 😅

These two are part of our cute/kawaii range. The notification one has been living in my head for weeks before I finally made it. The cupcake was supposed to be simple and then the hearts happened and here we are.

Honest question for fellow small business owners — how do you decide when a design is "ready" to launch? I keep second guessing myself even when I love what I've made 😅

We're Kaanch — a small sticker brand started from scratch in Uttarakhand. No big team, no investor backing, just a genuine love for beautiful stationery and a lot of learning on the go.

These are three of our latest sticker sheet collections — Blue Dream, Purple, and a dark monochrome one. Designed in-house, shipped with love.

A few things we've learned building Kaanch so far:

Finding your niche audience matters more than chasing everyone

Organic Instagram growth is slow but the community is real and loyal

Packaging and presentation makes a massive difference for a product like ours

Still very much in the trenches but proud of how far the product has come 🙂

Started Kaanch from Uttarakhand with zero prior business experience. Just a love for stationery and a stubborn desire to make something of my own.

This is our Elegance collection — premium printed sticker sheets, cottagecore + dark academia aesthetic. Designed, packaged and shipped by me.

A few honest things I've learned so far:

•Instagram organic growth is slow but the community you build is actually real.

•Pricing products in India is genuinely hard — customers want ₹49 stickers but quality costs money. But figured everything out and actually selling premium quality at this price range.

•Building trust before pushing sales makes a bigger difference than any ad.

Still figuring a lot out. But the products are getting better and that feels like enough for now.
