Hello! So ve just got a new pc, got the components individually, bought them all new, I built it, It can run any game you put in front of it but there s a problem with it. It has random stutters mainly on ragemp on the romanian server OGLand that has well over 2000-3000 active players every day, thats not the point, ragemp is what usually play, on here there are really bad stutters, like every 1-2 mins. I have 100-400 fps depending on the zone. I ve tried playing other games like cs2, fortnite, what I noticed is on cs2 I don t get any stutters and on fn I get stutters rarely. What I do have to menition is I sometimes get stutters on the desktop doing things like browsing the web, watching yt etc. I literally tried everything in windows and bios. As the os I have the windows 11 pro fully optimized, and no the tweaks are not the problem, I ve tried to play with clean windows and same thing, I ve reinstalled windows like 3-4 times clean with bootable usb. What helped a bit with the stuttering was to put ragemp's ano Gta 5's paths in trusted in windows security. But still get stutters, I ve heard this problem is well known on configurations like mine. If anyone knows tweaks that might fix it, please reply.
