Its been a while since I estimated a sale value for my collection.
What can we reasonably expect to receive for a collection, compared to the TCG Low estimate?

$150,000 USD TCG Low, 370 cards, all cards are ABU and 4 horsemen.
In my head I always take 25% precent off and figure actual resale would be around $112,000 USD. Is that pretty close? What are the big dealers paying these days?

EDIT: This is for insurance, I'm not selling.
