Hip thrust 90lb 4x12
Single leg press 70lb 3x12
Abduction 70lb 3x20
Day B
Incline walk 15 mins - 12% 2.8
Lat pulldown 70lb 3x12
Rows 70lb 3x12
Lateral Raises 7.5lb each 3x12
Day C
Incline walk 15 mins - 12% 2.8
Hip thrust 90lb 4x12
Split squats 10lbs 3x13 each leg
Single leg press 70lb 3x12
Day D
Incline 30 min- 10% 2.8
Abduction 70lb 3x20
