Hello. I ordered my first larger (relatively) package on Buyee and was shocked to learn that it is ineligible for any shipping method except Buyee Air. It seems odd to me that a package with these dimensions and this weight is excluded from both EMS and seamail (which I planned to use). Is this normal?
I tried to ask customer support, and they responded that they could try to downsize, under the condition that I waive all insurance and with no guarantee that it actually opens more shipping methods. That feels a little risky to me.
