I went to the Torrance farmers market today located at Charles H. Wilson park at around 1pm. After doing some shopping my husband and I decided to take a nice walk around the park. We ended up at the workout machines and started to play around the with the machines, low and behold behind a tree there is a GROWN MAN JERKING OFF!! He ran away the moment I told my husband. Please be careful around there! I couldn’t see his face but he was an older man wearing black dress pants, a blue button up and a beige baseball hat.

Straight out of high school in 2022 I applied and attended SMC for two months, life happened and I unfortunately could not finish the semester. during that time I was attending classes, I did receive financial aid. Two years ago I went to El Camino and took an art class and also received financial aid ( I was an independent student). Long story short, this is my first official semester back taking 11 units. I applied for financial aid with my own taxes, also being married, and I was not approved for any grant. I really don’t know what to do cause as much as I’m in it for my education, I would love the money. Does anyone know why this happens??
