Landlord entered my apartment repeatedly for “showings” with almost no notice. At what point does this become harassment?

I’m in manitoba.

My landlord is trying to sell the property and has started doing frequent showings. The issue is that I’m sometimes getting less than 24 hours notice, vague “sometime tomorrow afternoon” notices, or people showing up earlier/later than stated.

I work from home some days and it’s starting to feel like I have zero privacy or ability to relax in my own apartment.

At what point does this cross into violating tenant rights or harassment? I’m trying to figure out what’s legally reasonable vs what’s just annoying.

Trying to understand what actually reduces long term financial stress

I grew up thinking that once you hit a certain salary, money stress mostly disappears.

But the older I get, the more I realize lifestyle creep, housing costs, and long term financial anxiety seem to just replace the old stress with different stress.

For people who feel financially stable now, what actually changed your relationship with money the most?

Was it income? Savings? Budgeting? Lower debt? Lower living costs? Something psychological?

I think chronic stress changes your personality more than people realize

I think chronic stress changes your personality more than people realize

Not even in some dramatic movie breakdown way. I think you just slowly become a more exhausted version of yourself. More irritable. Less patient. Less excited about stuff. You stop texting people back. Small things start feeling overwhelming for no reason.

And the weirdest part is I don’t think you notice it happening in real time. You just wake up one day and realize you’ve been in survival mode for months and your personality changed around it.

Today I cleaned my apartment, opened the windows, watered my plants, and went outside for a bit and it was the first day in a while my brain felt even slightly quieter.

I forgot what that felt like honestly.
