My parents asked me to come with them for a family pooja but instead got me married to a tree. I didnt even know about the concept so I just kept doing what the pandit asked me to do. Midway I realised something is wrong but didnt pay too kuch head to it. Later when I told about this to my boyfriend he explained me what exactly happened with me. My parents knew I would never agree to such a thing that's why they didnt even convey me about this. I am so angry now. I dont even know what to do. This was against my will.

I mean yes I know most of the India is spiritual. But while growing up I observed youngsters were not that much interested in going to spiritual places. These days it's getting very popular even on social media also. Banaras, Mathura Vrindavan, Ujjain, Kedarnath, Tunganath etc and many other Shiva temple are getting so many young visitors.

Not just temples even religious songs especially songs related to Shivji is getting very popular.

What changed? What was the driving force behind this change? What made people so expressive spiritually? When I was in college people were not really into it much or even if they were they were not so expressive. This was a decade ago. Things have changed drastically.

18% of the world's population in a single country is not good for us. It's better that people spread everywhere they can. It will be better for people living in India. Infact more and more people should be encouraged to leave. It's getting way too crowded here.

And I dont believe in brain drain theory. Gone are those days when mostly only highly skilled people and people with resources used to leave Now anyone who makes up their mind for it can leave yes immigration is getting tightened in some countries but still it's manageable. There are many countries where Indians are not that much in numbers maybe people can try those countries.

There are enough skilled people in India and more people will get chance when it's less crowded. India is full of talent just right direction is needed.

So while watching the Baramulla movie I saw in hindi Varahamula was written I googled and got to know it is associated with the Adivaraha, the boar incarnation of Vishnu.

Derived from Sanskrit, the name combines Varaha (boar) and Mul (root), referencing a Hindu mythological legend where Lord Vishnu, in his boar avatar, created an opening in the mountains for the water of the Satisaras lake to drain, forming the Kashmir Valley.

The city was known in ancient texts as Varahamulaksetra or Varahaksetra.

What do Kashmiri Hindus generally refer to the place as? Baramulla or Varahmul?
