Top wisdom teeth extraction site leaking fluid with suction 4 days after- no other signs of infection. Cause for concern or no?

I would provide photos but it's my top two and I can't get a photo to save the life of me.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted Tuesday around 4pmEST. It was an INCREDIBLY easy extraction. Maybe 30 seconds each tooth, I barely bled according to them. I was told to expect to be in pain but was given the OK to eat solids same day, just avoid vaping (which I did not avoid but was careful with) until Friday and straws (which I did do) until Friday. It's now Saturday 8:45am EST.

I'm on Diclofenac already for chronic pain. When it wears off my mouth feels raw, like I've eaten a bunch of sour candy, but honestly even same day I was in 0 pain. I've been mostly consuming meal replacement shakes but when I eat I'm very thorough with using the syringe and rinsing my mouth out. I'm still experiencing no pain, but I notice anytime suction occurs (vaping, using a straw, or just sucking on my tongue) my extraction site begins to leak a fluid.

The fluid tastes about what I would expect plasma to taste like. It's not metallic, it's maybe a slightly sour/warm tasting fluid, it isn't bad tasting or foul smelling. I'm still in 0 pain, no fever, no clinical signs of infection.

Is this normal, or should I schedule a follow up appointment with my dentist? I wouldn't worry too much, but prior to this I was on 4 rounds of antibiotics for the wisdom tooth that was causing me problems, so the situation does have me a bit freaked.

Pictured are the removed teeth and how much had rotted before they got yanked. Ignore my dry ass hand lol. They're my uppers, I get to keep the bottom ones. I was in severe pain on my right side due to an exposed nerve in the visibly decayed one before extraction.

I was freaking the FUCK out for months over getting these babies removed. Went in, BP 160/something due to stress, got some nitrous, they numbed me to hell, and 30 seconds on each side and they were out. I deal with severe sensory issues when it comes to the dentist, but between the nitrous and muffling headset they gave me, I can genuinely say this was WAY easier than even getting X-rays done (I hate bitewings!!!!) let alone cleanings (ugh!).

I was expecting the loud cracking sounds people talk about but really it was just a soft crunch? Not loud at all. I couldn't even tell when they came out!

I'm already on Diclofenac (prescription strength ibuprofen for chronic pain) and honestly with just that, I am in quite literally 0 pain. The only times I really feel sore/throbby in any way is when my Diclofenac wears off and I eat something sharp (I was given the ok to eat solids immediately after, just rinse well with a syringe).

I have been vaping, but incredibly carefully, using as little suction as possible. I have not been using straws.

My only complaint is that it perpetually feels like food is lodged behind my teeth. That part suuuucks. I think it's just inflammation/skin flaps but I have no idea. And I got McDonald's onions stuck in my tooth holes for 24 hours. Gross.

But yeah. 0 pain during any part of this, my dentist is amazing, and I go back to work tomorrow :)

If you can stay awake during yours I highly recommend it. Definitely makes it less of an endeavor. Eat, brush before you go, get the nitrous (it helps!) and go home and enjoy your favorite show.

Good luck everyone!
