I am guessing access to hormones and monitoring and access to gender related therapy snd make up training for femmes and dress training

I know it is hard on everyone here but imagine me I am very transgender and I can’t even explain to my kids because wybwifevwont believe me until I have been through the long waiting list for the gender clinic what makes it bad in my case is I have had ministrokes that have ruined my ability to mak my emotions

Of mini strokes that have damage d my ability to control my emotions I went to the doctors this morning all she could was add me to waiting list for a gender clinic had any body got of what I can do until
