Im trying jellyemu plugin to add roms to Jellyfin
Im trying with GB roms (.gb) but Jellyemu detects the roms as nes roms and wont open them with the right RetroArch core

Some android TV Jellyfin clients play movies withtout transcoding (direct play) but the screen is black and I won’t see anything on screen
I have this problem only with some movies that are direct playing
So can I force transcoding somehow to avoid this ?

I am trying to monitor a remote SMB folder with HAOS folder watcher integration but it seems I can only monitor folder of my HAOS machine.

I have a Windows 11 VM and HAOS on same local network
The SMB shared folder I want to monitor on the windows machine

On folder watcher integration, if I enter smb://IP-of-PC/shared, it won’t detect the folder

The idea is to setup a notification every time a file is coming to that shared

I have some movies with French audio by default but when I switch audio to English with FR subtitles, if I go back to library or if I close / reopen Jellyfin to continue watching the movie, it’s not keeping English audio and switching back to default audio

Any way to make these settings persistent ?

By default it uses my GPU for transcoding h264 videos but it’s useless to use transcoding for h264, right ? As most clients can read it natively ?

Jellyfin shows movies that are in a collection on both collection and movies tab

Moonfin only shows movies that are in a collection on collection tab

Can I sync settings for all users and prevent non admin user to change their settings ?

No password required, they just have to choose their name and go

Everything is working normally expected the android TV Jellyfin app

Server is discovered but it asks a password for every account 😳

I don’t know what to do

I have no password for the iOS app and no password on the PC
