'Yung nababasa ko hindi pwede mag midyear kapag may balak mag transfer. Pero kung PE/NSTP, pwede po ba? Wala kasi siyang eefect sa gwa. Thank you!

Hi! Not sure if the right flair. I (M18, 5"5 55kg) would say I've had this for about a week and only now took a picture. I thought it was just a pimple and didn't mind. What is this? Google says its a boil or possibly a cyst, but I want some confirmation.
Some information: It is on my right butt cheek. It hurts when touched/when I sit down. It's not itchy or hot.
What are some things that I should/should not do to help alleviate my symptoms? Thank you!!
