I’ve been dealing with a wrongly disabled Instagram account for days now and I honestly don’t know what else to do. Meta support says my case is under review and mentioned ID verification, but everything is moving so slowly.
Does anyone know any legit person/service that actually helps with account recovery and isn’t insanely expensive? Or even just advice from someone who went through this before would help a lot 🫶

Meta support told me my case is being reviewed by a specialized team and that I’ll receive an external email for ID verification to confirm I’m the owner of the account. I still haven’t received it yet though 😭
Has anyone else gone through this? How long did the email take to arrive?
