Rising HCG with spotting

I’m currently 5 weeks 3 days pregnant/due date of January 7, 2027. My HCG has been rising wonderfully however I have been spotting off and on for about a week now - started brown but is now very light pink. It will start and then stop for a day or two. Here’s my HCG progression thus far:

12dpo: 58
14dpo: 271
16dpo: 813
19dpo: 4,855
21dpo: 9,765
23dpo: 15,031

I’ve done so many betas because I have a history of 4 miscarriages and 2 ectopics. I also recognize my levels are increasing rapidly and above the norm for where I’m at in the pregnancy. Is my progressing HCG more validating than my intermittent spotting? I’ve always had concerning looking HCG progressions any time I also have spotting. My ultrasound isn’t until next week and I’m just a little nervous 😬

I know I ovulated on CD14 based in my monitor device so dating isn’t of question here. But here is my current HCG progression. The super fast doubling time is wild to me. I’ve had 6 losses and I’ve never had doubling time like this.

12dpo: 58
14dpo: 271 (21.6 hour doubling time)
16dpo: 813 (30.3 hour doubling time)
19dpo: 4,855 (27.9 hour doubling time)

Is this indicative of any type of concern? Or twins? Or is this normal progression?
