Just wondering where do I stand wth this
Proposed a new day rate during my new contract, agency did not reject via email
Issued new contract with the new rate, I signed and they signed the contract which includes two people from the agency signing via doc sign
2 months later the 1st invoice was issued to my umbrella company with the older rate and not the new rate
Emailed agency and they said my contract that was signed two months ago is incorrect and a typo and issued me a new one to sign, with the older rate
I followed up and said ahh it took two months to notice this and then they replied again and said as they had a system outage it was a admin error on the day then changed it to they didn’t approve the rate change as the it consultant firm did not reply to them and did not approve it
My understanding is the contract I signed is the agreed rate and what I should be paid for ?
